In 1925 Aron Streit opened his first matzo bakery. That was on Rivington Street in Manhattan's Lower East Side, a place i that would become as famous for its food as for its Yiddish theater.
This is a tasty gluten free vanilla cake with chocolate frosting.
Ingredients: Sugar, Potato Starch, Tapioca Dextrose, Cottonseed Oil, Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Invert Sugar, Natural Cocoa, Salt, Natural Flavor, Xanthan Gum.
