That's the mystery! You'll find a curated mix of products from brands we love. We can't reveal what's inside (Detective's code), and that's the whole point. Each box has a theme (snacks, beauty, pantry, etc.), and we share the vibe before launch. Every product has been inspected and approved by our team, but taste is personal. If something isn't your vibe, see "What if I don't like something in the box?" below.

A lot. Mystery Boxes are at least 3x cheaper than retail, and even cheaper than buying the items individually on Martie. Example: a recent Mystery Box was worth $396 at retail and would have cost $134 if you'd bought everything on Martie. In the Box? $99. That's an extra $35 you save just for taking the leap.

Some products in the box may be approaching their best by date, but here's our motto: "best by, often great after." Every product is still perfectly safe and enjoyable. By saving them from going to waste, you're helping reduce landfill and taking part in something Smartie.

Like everything at Martie, all Mystery Box sales are final. Once you crack the case, the case is closed.

We're aiming for one new edition per week. Themes vary (food, beauty, pantry, snacks, etc.), and quantities are always limited.

Kind of. Every edition is numbered (think Edition 007, 008, etc.), so all boxes within the same edition are identical. But each new edition is its own thing, with its own theme. Snacks one week. Beauty the next. We'll always drop hints about the vibe before it goes live.

Just one per order. Our Mystery Boxes are limited, so we want to make sure as many Smarties as possible get a chance to crack the case.
