Order Processing & Delivery Times

Orders will be shipped out within 2 business days. There will be a day delay for weekends and holidays. 

Once in transit, your order will be delivered in 1-5 business days, depending upon your location. For the easiest way to stay updated on your order status, download our iOS or Android app! See the handy map below for transit time to your area, once your order has left our warehouse!

 

Understanding Our Shipping Costs

Shipping Rates & Handling Fees vary based upon the size of your Martie order, plus where you live! We charge an optional $1.99 Shipping Protection fee to cover our operation costs and customer support expenses for orders that are damaged in transit from our warehouse to your door.

FREE SHIPPING* on all orders $50 and up! We cover the cost of base shipping for all orders greater than or equal to $50!

*For some customers, there is an additional delivery surcharge ($2-$16) added on to delivery areas that are further away from shipping hubs, as defined by UPS/FedEx. This amount is looped into the handling fees that you'll see in the checkout. 

 

Shipping Carriers

We ship directly to your door, via FedEx or USPS.

You will be sent tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse. For the easiest way to stay updated on your order status, download our iOS or Android app! 

We do NOT offer Expedited Shipping. As a sustainably-minded business, we do not want to emit more emissions than necessary, which is one reason why we only sell non-perishable items! Thank you for your support and understanding. 

 

Where do we ship?

Martie ships to the 48 contiguous states in the US, from our warehouse in Dallas, TX! We do not ship internationally, or to Alaska or Hawaii. Follow us @martiefoods to stay updated on where we expand next!
