These melt-in-your-mouth chicharrones are fried in rendered pork fat and seasoned with the 100% natural chili peppers, lime, and sea salt goodness of tajin clasico. They are fried in kettles which produce a lighter and crispier texture but also minimizes waste, in part of their commitment to whole animal utilization and sustainable production.
