Puck Cream is made of fresh cow’s milk with vegetable oils added as thickeners to give it its signature richness. Perfect for use in desserts, dips, and many other Middle Eastern and Mediterranean recipes. Enjoy right out of the can mixed with honey for a quick snack. Comparable to heavy cream- a good substitute when making creamy pasta sauces, pudding, or as a topping. More cost effective than heavy cream and has a long shelf life so you can be creative with recipes. Refrigerate after opening.
