In 1978, Edward & Sons introduced the first Brown Rice Snaps®. Oven baked instead of fried, they pioneered a new generation of healthy, whole grain snacking. To create Onion Garlic Brown Rice Snaps, whole grain brown rice and exotic black rice are carefully cleaned, and then milled into a fine flour containing the essential nutrients of the whole grain. Next, this whole grain rice flour is lightly steamed, kneaded, shaped, and oven-baked to golden perfection. These flavorful snaps are completed by topping them with a seasoning pure onion and garlic powders. Suitable for gluten-free, low-sodium and low-fat diets. Kosher Certified and Non-GMO Project Verified.
