Our premium 2.3 oz milk (45%) chocolate bars contain 46% less sugar than regular milk chocolate bars. They're prebiotic, are good for gut health, and contain no artificial sweeteners, colors, flavors or preservatives. Developed by Chef Thomas Keller, made in Napa Valley in small-batch runs using Sugars from Fiber. Made with Sugars from Fiber, which has less than half the calories than sugar, a lower glycemic response compared to glucose and is prebiotic.
