Charlito's cocina campo seco is an artisanal dry-cured salami that celebrates the elegance of simplicity. Handcrafted in small batches in queens, new york, this "Country salami" is made using only two primary flavor components: heritage breed, sustainably raised pork and hand-harvested, solar-evaporated sea salt.
