Nonni’s Biscotti grew out of a true Italian tradition in the little town of Lucca, Italy. There, among meandering cobblestone lanes and classic piazzas, our Nonni (an endearing term for Grandma) made biscotti to share with family and friends. When Nonni came to America almost a century ago, she brought the family recipe with her. Today that same family recipe is still used to give our biscotti its light crunchy texture that is delicately sweet.

Ingredients:

Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour), Sugar, Milk Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Milk, Chocolate Liquor, Nonfat Dry Milk, Soy Lecithin [An Emulsifier], Vanilla), Eggs, Caramel Bits (Sugar, Corn Syrup, Cane Syrup, Skim Milk, Palm Oil, Butter, Salt, Mono- And Diglycerides, Soy Lecithin (An Emulsifier]), Salted Butter (Sweet Cream, Salt), Pecans, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Baking Soda, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Natural Flavor, Salt.

What does "best by" date mean?

Best By: This date indicates when the product will be the best quality and has no bearing on safety or expiration.

You should always use common sense when evaluating food items, no matter the date, but odds are… even if the date has passed, it's still safe to eat!
