Orders will be shipped out in the order they were received within 2 business days! There will be a day delay for weekends and holidays. Once in transit, your order will be delivered in 1-5 business days, depending upon your location. Keep an eye on this tracking page for all updates!

Pre-Transit means that your box is packed up and ready to go! It has a shipping label and is just waiting for the truck to come! This stage shouldn't be longer than 1 day (or 2 days if it is the weekend or a holiday), so if you see your order sitting in "pre-transit" for longer than 1-2 days, please let us know! We ship directly to your door, via UPS Ground and Surepost (final mile for smaller packages). You will be sent tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse and is en route to you!

Martie uses 100% recycled content boxes, recyclable paper cushioning and filling. Even though we'd prefer not to use anything plastic inside, sometimes we need to use extra plastic padding to protect glass jars and such. Please recycle your Martie box (or use it again before recycling!)
