HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place your eye mask in the microwave along with a cup halfway filled with water.
2. Heat for 30 seconds and then CAREFULLY touch test. Use caution when removing your eye mask or cup of water as it may be hot.
3. Continue to heat in 10 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Maximum of 60 seconds in the microwave total.
4. Once properly heated, allow your eye mask to sit for 30 seconds before using.
