RETURNS

We stand by the quality of our products and want all our customers to shop Martie with confidence. Returns will only be accepted if one of the following issues is reported to Martie customer support within 7 days of delivery:

  • Incorrect or missing item
  • Damaged item
  • Item listing does not match what was delivered

In order to request a refund, we'll need photo evidence of the damaged or incorrect items to proceed with the refund.

To start a refund request for applicable items, you can contact us at hello@martie.com. If your claim is accepted, we’ll issue you a refund via your original payment method, or you may choose to receive store credit. Please do not send items back to Martie.

PRICE CHANGES

Our prices are subject to change without notice. As such, we cannot honor price changes. Oftentimes we bring in items we've had before, but at a different price, based upon what we pay for them. As it pertains to promotions, we will only honor the pricing for the promotion time period, as listed on marketing communications.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order, before the order has been processed, please contact hello@martie.com as soon as you know you want to cancel the order. Once the order has been processed, you can no longer cancel your order.
